At BAVE ELECTRONIC, our goal is to provide you with quality products and reliable service. Please review our refund, return, cancellation, and exchange terms below.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are available for eligible products subject to verification.

• BAVE ELECTRONIC is not responsible for damage caused after successful delivery.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• For missing items, leakage, damage, defects, or incorrect products, an unboxing video with the package and original packaging clearly visible is mandatory.

• If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the package from the delivery partner.

• Refund claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery along with the required photos and videos.

• If an order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 3 days. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

• Once a refund is approved, the amount may take up to 15 days to be credited, depending on the payment method and banking process.

7-Day Exchange Policy

• We offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible products in cases such as manufacturing defects, wrong products, missing items, or damage during transit.

• The exchange request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• The product must be unused and returned in its original condition, packaging, accessories, manuals, and other included items, wherever applicable.

• For damage, defect, or incorrect-product claims, clear photographs and an unboxing video may be required for verification.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.

• Exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by BAVE ELECTRONIC.

• If the same product is unavailable, an alternative resolution may be offered at the discretion of BAVE ELECTRONIC.

Return Policy

• Returns may be accepted only in cases of severe damage, leakage, breakage, manufacturing defect, missing items, or incorrect products, subject to verification.

• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• A return or exchange will be processed only after the claim has been reviewed and approved by BAVE ELECTRONIC.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

• Cancellations are subject to a 2.5% payment gateway charge, where applicable.

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
